This hotel really impressed me! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The decor felt modern yet cozy. Loved the location, super close to Downtown Nashville and Broadway. The staff? Wow, really friendly and always ready to help with questions. The restaurant on-site, Ella's, has fantastic food. Their espresso martinis were a highlight! The daily housekeeping kept things tidy without bothering us. One downside? Breakfast could use some improvement. Arrived at 8:30 for the buffet and there wasn’t much left. Found it strange they wouldn’t prepare more food at that time. Despite that hiccup, WiFi worked well, and I appreciated the free parking. Overall, Hyatt Centric is a beautiful spot with a lot going for it. Just a few operational tweaks needed for a smoother experience.

Clean room, nice breakfast, with free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a convenient location just 10 km from the nearest airport.
The area felt a little sketchy. I do not recommend walking alone.

perfectly situated for exploring nashville's iconic landmarks and parks
the vibrant atmosphere and attentive staff made my stay enjoyable, and with just a few steps to Music City Walk of Fame Park and Bridgestone Arena, I couldn't have asked for a better base for my weekend strolls around the city. single travelers will appreciate the amenities and the easy access to great nightlife, but I wish they offered complimentary water in the rooms.

Amazing Staff and Perfect Location!
Our stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with a flat tire on our car. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from popular attractions and nightlife, and yet the rooms were quiet and provided a restful night. The beautiful decor and unique features made our experience even more special. One downside was that the valet service could become a bit crowded at times.

Smart and welcoming atmosphere with spacious rooms featuring tasteful modern decor and an amazing bathroom. The automatic lighting near the beds was a thoughtful touch for nighttime trips to the bathroom, and the charging docks were conveniently placed. Being able to enjoy delicious breakfasts, including the standout Singapore noodles, in a lively restaurant added to the experience. However, the pool area was undergoing a mural painting during my visit, which slightly disrupted the ambiance, and I noticed some noise from the hallway.

I had a pleasant stay in a well-appointed room with comfortable beds and a great city view. However, the check-in process was somewhat frustrating due to unresponsive staff, and the restaurant hours didn't accommodate early risers. Overall, it's a solid choice for families but could use some improvements in service and dining options.

would love to go back
The room had everything from a flat-screen TV and refrigerator to a coffee machine and private bathroom with free toiletries. The fitness center was well-equipped and the outdoor swimming pool offered relaxing sun loungers for chilling out. Gorgeous views of the Nashville skyline from the room made it extra special!

The bar’s got a great vibe, and you can walk to some killer spots nearby for food! The beds? Comfy as a dream, and the staff? Can’t say enough good things about them!
But hold up—USD 4 for a bottle of water? That’s a bit rich. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom door drama—felt more like a wrestling match trying to get in and out of there!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy, perfect for the family vibe. The beds felt amazing, and the bedding? Just right for a cozy night. The room was clean and stylish, really nailed that Nashville aesthetic. Didn't hear much noise from outside, which was awesome, but a heads up, the bathroom door was a bit clunky. Overall, pretty solid stay!
